Shipping and delivery
DGARAGE PARTS will pack the good in order to guarantee its integrity and will send it only to the address indicated by the buyer. Transportation is intended at the risk and peril of the customer, therefore all liability of the same ceases after the delivery to the carrier.
The customer's signature of the carrier's receipt implies full acceptance of the delivered goods as regards, for example, the packaging, the number of the received packages, the correspondence between the ordered products and the delivered products, the integrity and the external characteristics of the products.
The buyer is required to immediately check the status of the delivered goods and their packaging, notifying, if necessary, immediate written observation on the carrier's receipt under the NOTES, accepting "WITH RESERVE" the goods and specifying the reason. Then the customer has to report the shipping problems to DGARAGE PARTS. All our parcels are shipped by SDA or GLS express couriers and delivery times are approximately 2-5 working days. Shipping terms are to be considered merely indicative and not mandatory.
DGARAGE PARTS is not liable for any delays due to force majeure such as, by way of example but not limited to, accidents, fires, explosions, strikes, lockouts, earthquakes, disasters, floods, riots, laws, regulations and orders issued by state authorities , and other events of difficult or impossible prediction that could prevent, in whole or in part, from fulfilling in the agreed time or manner and any other case of delay not attributable to his willful misconduct or gross negligence. The buyer cannot claim damages or make other claims for the delay in deliveries, nor ask for the recision of the contract.
In any case, if the buyer does not want to receive the purchased item, DGARAGE PARTS reserves the right to ask for the amount paid for the shipping costs incurred. In the event of inventory caused by the unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which leads to the return of the package at the DGARAGE PARTS office, the customer is required to pay for a new shipment.
