Shipping and delivery
DGARAGE PARTS will pack the goods in a way that ensures their integrity and will send them exclusively to the address indicated by the buyer. Transport is understood to be at the customer's risk, therefore all responsibility ceases with the delivery to the carrier.
The customer's signature on the carrier's receipt implies full acceptance of the delivered goods regarding, for example, the packaging, the number of packages received, the correspondence between ordered products and delivered products, the integrity and external characteristics of the products.
The buyer is required to immediately check the condition of the delivered goods and their packaging, raising, if necessary, an immediate written observation on the carrier's receipt in the ANNOTATIONS section, accepting the goods 'WITH RESERVATION' and specifying the reason. The customer must subsequently report any issues related to the shipment to DGARAGE PARTS. All our packages are shipped with express courier SDA or GLS and delivery times are approximately 2-5 working days. Shipping terms are to be considered merely indicative and not mandatory.
DGARAGE PARTS is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure such as, by way of example but not limited to, accidents, fires, explosions, strikes, lockouts, earthquakes, disasters, floods, riots, laws, regulations, and orders issued by state authorities, and other events that are difficult or impossible to predict that prevented, in whole or in part, compliance within the agreed times or methods and any other case of delay not attributable to its willful misconduct or gross negligence. The buyer cannot in any case demand damages or make other claims for delays in deliveries, nor request the termination of the contract.
In any case, if the buyer does not wish to receive the purchased items, DGARAGE PARTS reserves the right to request the amount paid for the shipping costs incurred.
In case of retention caused by the unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which leads to the return of the package to the DGARAGE PARTS headquarters, the customer is required to pay for a new shipment.
