Refund policy

In the event that the customer wishes to proceed with the withdrawal of the purchased product, they must send a written communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Communication must be addressed after prior notice via email to info@dgarageparts.com; the withdrawal is allowed within and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The goods must then be returned at the customer's care and expense. The full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded after verifying the integrity and functionality of the goods.

Items used or not packaged do not enjoy the right of withdrawal, so we ask customers to return the products in the same condition in which they received them.
